Great experience start to finish! It was such a joy throwing our event at Cocoon’s Casa Janka space in Chinatown! Leading up to the event, Hanna was a wonderful partner in planning. Helping to all the details we needed for a successful event. On the day of, the onsite team was so lovely and incredibly helpful. They moved furniture, helped with coordinating arrivals and more. We hosted a large anniversary party for our business and had music, dance and even aerial performances – all that went off beautifully. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. The Cocoon staff were so incredible in helping me plan a post-proposal surprise event for my now-fiance! Working with Cocoon is more than just booking a space everything from coordinating with the a private chef, having groceries delivered, coordinating with guests, securing a decorator to make the space look pretty, setting up the tech, etc. was taken care of. The entire team was extremely responsive the entire time & I never had a fear of not being able to reach them. The space, in itself, is gorgeous – my friends & I were constantly looking around for design inspirations. Overall, I could not have pulled this off without the support of the Cocoon team. Renting out this penthouse was absolutely amazing! From the extremely professional and helpful staff, to the booking process, the entire rental process was seamless. It is worth the higher price point due to the staff on hand and high quality space, furniture, and overall experience. I also really appreciated being able to walk through and scout the space the day before my booking. It put my mind at ease and I knew I was in good hands. At first I was weary about having a location manager on site during my shoot (I didn’t want anyone hovering or putting off the client), however our two location managers were attentive and available, yet gave us breathing room to get our shots and the freedom to use the space as need be. They were accommodating, helpful, and I would without a doubt recommend Cocoon listings for future clients.

Cocoon was professional, inviting and extremely hospitable. The energy of this space was fantastic. The terrace was superb – a great area to stretch your legs, eat lunch and feel the warmth of the Fall sun. They helped us with set up of chairs and seating arrangements, with connecting to the Apple TV and would check on us to ensure everything was running smoothly and efficiently. We would definitely use this space or any other Cocoon has – it was a fantastic experience.

This is a great location- The space is open and airy- with beautiful pieces of furniture and most of the art in the apt is cleared for use!! So thoughtful!! They have someone there to help move furniture and print things if u need it last minute. The location manager was a dream to work with! When things got a bit hairy -he was easy to reach and dedicated to helping my crew. It was really special having someone else care about your meeting like it was his own. I can’t thank Cocoon enough. Will def rent this space again. It’s so versatile and I know Cocoon will be there to help!!
