Case Studies and Testimonials

Corporate Event Success

The venue and staff were A+. They helped source all of our vendors, managed the 60+ person event, and made sure everything was promptly taken care of. We had no issues the entire time, and props to our AMAZING Casa Manager for taking such a good care of our Event. Highly recommend! – ENFY.

Flawless Showroom

We rented Casa Avedon for a Showroom to meet with customers over a 3 day time period. The Cocoon team was awesome helping us to navigate the details from another city. On site, the Casa Manager made everything smooth and easy. The flexibility that they offered around our scheduling needs made it a great experience. I would highly recommend giving Cocoon a look for unique spaces! – Jaimee G.

Smooth Media Production

My team had a shoot for the first time and could not have asked for a better experience. We actually booked two Cocoon spaces back-to-back days, without realizing, and the days ran so smoothly.

In the days leading up to the shoot, the team was so accommodating and flexible as we figured out the paperwork and process for our first ever shoot (yay!).

On the day, the Casa Manager were communicative, so polite and kind to everyone on set, and helpful with anything we needed.

Cherry on top, the spaces were GORGEOUS!! They had spaces perfectly aligned with what we were looking for, and they were so well kept and enjoyable to be in for the day.

100% would recommend! – Linnea S.

Unforgettable Wedding Event

My partner and I booked a Cocoon flex space—Casa Duende in NYC—for our wedding farewell brunch. We had I think it’s fair to say a perfect experience. The space was beautiful. Randa, the Casa Manager, was so helpful and communicative, from adjusting the fans, light, and music, to guiding us through the space, to assisting with cleanup. Total pleasure to work with. Guests were gushing. I’d book another Cocoon space in a heartbeat. 5 stars – Jonathan E.
