About Casa Blanca
Upstairs, Casa Blanca delivers an expansive master bedroom with a canopy bed, leading to a luxurious spa sanctuary designed in an open-concept style. Amenities include a marble bathroom with a double sink, an open spa area featuring a bathtub, vanity, and dressing areas, as well as two white brick fireplaces and a cozy lounge area. The basement adds even more amenities and opportunities for shoots and events: an indoor gym, a media room, and a laundry room.
Equally impressive, Casa Blanca’s outdoor boasts an exquisite inground gunite pool and a hot tub/jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, a fireplace lounge, a sauna, and a spacious deck—all surrounded by lush greenery on 1.75 acres.

Our goal is always to help you accomplish your vision and that includes allowing you to move specific items around for the perfect shot or to accommodate your guests the way you want for your meeting, event, or showroom. Please note all art moving must be approved by our team, and many pieces can only be moved by professional art handlers (which we can coordinate). Some pieces may not be moveable. If your shoot requires consideration for the artwork (clearance or removal), we kindly request that you verify with our team in advance.

General
What is included in my quote?
Your custom quote will include the space rental based on your rental activity and number of guests, as well as a standard cleaning fee and a Casa Manager fee. We will send you the quote prior to booking the space.
What's the venue address?
We will provide the location of the space once a space visit has been organized or the booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can provide the cross streets for reference.
How do you calculate your pricing?
Our pricing is tiered based on two main factors: your guest count and the type of booking (production, meeting, event, or showroom). As the number of guests go up, the hourly rate will slightly increase. The starting rates may also vary based on the type of booking. All variations in pricing is to dark ensure that all risks and management are covered in proportion to the complexity and size of your booking. We will always disclose all fees associated for you to review prior to confirming a booking with you.
Do I need a certificate of insurance?
Yes – we require a COI for all productions, offsite meetings, and events. For Private Events, our Booking Team can assist you in obtaining a cost-effective COI for your event. We have worked extensively with a couple of online platforms that offer reliable and reasonably-priced Certificates of Insurance. As the person renting a space, you will have a series of legal responsibilities by default such as preventing any personal injury or property damage liabilities. Having a COI can help you protect yourself against potential liabilities as a space renter.
About the Space
Is the space ADA accessible?
Unfortunately, this Casa is not ADA accessible. Please inquire with our team and we can direct you to other venues.
Do you provide catering or additional rentals and services?
Yes, we can coordinate full catering for your booking. Our Concierge team can also help you coordinate additional rentals or activities for your event or offsite, or coffee and snacks for the crew. We work with a hyper-diverse pool of local vendors, for varying budgets. It’s part of our mission.
Can the furniture and art be moved?
Moving furniture, decor, and artwork is permitted only in the presence of the Casa Manager, and previously approved by the Operations Team, as some items may be delicate and at risk of damage. Additionally, certain high-profile art pieces may require specialized Art Handlers for safe moving and storage. If you’re planning to move any artwork or to make significant layout changes, please notify our Operations team to ensure proper planning.
Can I schedule a space visit?
Yes – we will be more than happy to show you the space before you confirm your reservation. Make sure to discuss days and times that work for you with your Booking Manager, and they will make sure to arrange a site visit with someone from the team.
Is the pool available for use?
Yes, the pool (inground gunite) is available for your enjoyment.
Can I use the hot tub/jacuzzi?
Yes, the hot tub/jacuzzi (gunite) is available for use. Please notify our operations team in advance so we can prepare it for your use.
Do you have an inventory of the kitchenware?
Yes – we have a full list of the available kitchenware and appliances, as well as some photos that we can share. Please ask your Booking Manager for more information.
Can I use the pots and pans?
Please communicate with your Booking Manager about usage of any utensils and dishware – as they may be off-limits per the property owner. Our Team can coordinate simple and inexpensive rentals for you if what you need is not available on-site.
Can I use the outdoor shower?
Yes, the outdoor shower is available for use during your stay.
Can I use the outdoor deck lounge and furniture?
Yes, you’re welcome to use the outdoor deck lounge and furniture to relax and enjoy the space.
Is there a laundry room?
Yes, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use. Please notify our operations team in advance if you plan to use the laundry facilities.
Can I use the breakfast and dining room area to cook?
The breakfast and dining room area can be used for cooking, but please notify our operations team beforehand so we can make any necessary arrangements.
