About Casa Boto
Casa Boto is a 3000 sqft penthouse duplex in prime Tribeca with 800 sqft rooftop deck and World Trade Center views, located just a short walk away from the Financial District, Soho, Little Italy, and Greenwich Village.
The first floor features the master and two kids’ bedrooms along with a home office area, master bathroom, another full bathroom, and home office space. The second floor features a living room with a glass fireplace, a full kitchen with white marble island, a TV room, and one full bathroom.
The rooftop deck provides 800 sq ft of tranquil open air space with lounging area, lush greenery, and panoramic views of Manhattan.
With a spacious open floor plan, an abundance of natural light, and a variety of backgrounds and settings, Casa Boto is ideal for productions, private events, and even showrooms. Perfect for meetings, Casa Boto also features a dedicated home office area, two full bathrooms, and more.

Casa Boto is located on the 3rd & 4th floors. The access to the space is through stairs. Unfortunately, this space is not ADA accessible and there is no elevator (passenger or freight) on-site. Please inquire about a video walkthrough of the stairs/access.
Artwork
Our goal is always to help you accomplish your vision and that includes allowing you to move specific items around for the perfect shot or to accommodate your guests the way you want for your meeting, event, or showroom. Please note all art moving must be approved by our team, and many pieces can only be moved by professional art handlers (which we can coordinate). Some pieces may not be moveable. If your shoot requires consideration for the artwork (clearance or removal), we kindly request that you verify with our team in advance.

General
What is included in my quote?
Your custom quote will include the space rental based on your rental activity and number of guests, as well as a standard cleaning fee and a Casa Manager fee. We will send you the quote prior to booking the space.
What's the venue address?
We will provide the location of the space once a space visit has been organized or the booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can provide the cross streets for reference.
How do you calculate your pricing?
Our pricing is tiered based on two main factors: your guest count and the type of booking (production, meeting, event, or showroom). As the number of guests go up, the hourly rate will slightly increase. The starting rates may also vary based on the type of booking. All variations in pricing is to dark ensure that all risks and management are covered in proportion to the complexity and size of your booking. We will always disclose all fees associated for you to review prior to confirming a booking with you.
Do I need a certificate of insurance?
Yes – we require a COI for all productions, offsite meetings, and events. For Private Events, our Booking Team can assist you in obtaining a cost-effective COI for your event. We have worked extensively with a couple of online platforms that offer reliable and reasonably-priced Certificates of Insurance. As the person renting a space, you will have a series of legal responsibilities by default such as preventing any personal injury or property damage liabilities. Having a COI can help you protect yourself against potential liabilities as a space renter.
About the Space
Is the space ADA accessible?
Unfortunately, Casa Boto is not ADA accessible. Please inquire with our team and we can direct you to other venues.
Can the furniture be moved?
Moving furniture, decor, and artwork is permitted only in the presence of the Casa Manager, and approved by the Operations Team, as some items may be delicate and at risk of damage. Additionally, some high-profile art pieces in Casa Boto require specialized Art Handlers for safe moving and storage. If you’re planning to move any artwork or to make significant layout changes, please notify our Operations team to ensure proper planning.
Do you provide catering or additional rentals and services?
Yes, we can coordinate full catering for your booking. Our Concierge team can also help you coordinate additional rentals or activities for your event or offsite, or coffee and snacks for the crew. We work with a hyper-diverse pool of local vendors, for varying budgets. It’s part of our mission.
Can I schedule a space visit?
Yes – we will be more than happy to show you the space before you confirm your reservation. Make sure to discuss days and times that work for you with your Booking Manager, and they will make sure to arrange a site visit with someone from the team.
Are there blackout blinds for the windows?
There are no blackouts, but we can coordinate the rental of those for your booking if needed.

How is the climate controlled in Casa Boto?
We have air conditioning and heating managed by Nest thermostats on each floor, allowing for personalized comfort throughout your visit.
How is the sound system set up?
Our space features a Sonos sound system that provides high-quality audio throughout. You can easily control the system using the Sonos app for your convenience.
What is the Wi-Fi speed?
Casa Boto offers high-speed Wi-Fi with a connection speed of 300 Mbps, ensuring seamless internet access for all guests.
Is there a TV available?
Yes, there is a TV located on the second floor, which is controlled by Apple TV, allowing for easy streaming and media access.
