The open kitchen, roof top terrace, 3 bathrooms, and a living room that opens up directly to a second terrace makes this space a go-to for all producers, meetings and events organizers.

Space Access
Access to the space is through stairs. This space is not ADA accessible and there is no elevator (passenger or freight) on-site. Please inquire for a video walkthrough of the stairs/access.
Artwork
Our goal is always to help you accomplish your vision and that includes allowing you to move specific items around for the perfect shot or to accommodate your guests the way you want for your meeting, event, or showroom. Please note all art moving must be approved by our team, and many pieces can only be moved by professional art handlers (which we can coordinate). Some pieces may not be moveable. If your shoot requires consideration for the artwork (clearance or removal), we kindly request that you verify with our team in advance.

General
What is included in my quote?
Your custom quote will include the space rental based on your rental activity and number of guests, as well as a standard cleaning fee and a Casa Manager fee. We will send you the quote prior to booking the space.
What's the venue address?
We will provide the location of the space once a space visit has been organized or the booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can provide the cross streets for reference.
How do you calculate your pricing?
Our pricing is tiered based on two main factors: your guest count and the type of booking (production, meeting, event, or showroom). As the number of guests go up, the hourly rate will slightly increase. The starting rates may also vary based on the type of booking. All variations in pricing is to dark ensure that all risks and management are covered in proportion to the complexity and size of your booking. We will always disclose all fees associated for you to review prior to confirming a booking with you.
Do I need a certificate of insurance?
Yes – we require a COI for all productions, offsite meetings, and events. For Private Events, our Booking Team can assist you in obtaining a cost-effective COI for your event. We have worked extensively with a couple of online platforms that offer reliable and reasonably-priced Certificates of Insurance. As the person renting a space, you will have a series of legal responsibilities by default such as preventing any personal injury or property damage liabilities. Having a COI can help you protect yourself against potential liabilities as a space renter.
About the Space
Is the space ADA accessible?
Unfortunately, this Casa is not ADA accessible. Please inquire with our team and we can direct you to other venues.
Do you provide catering or additional rentals and services?
Yes, we can coordinate full catering for your booking. Our Concierge team can also help you coordinate additional rentals or activities for your event or offsite, or coffee and snacks for the crew. We work with a hyper-diverse pool of local vendors, for varying budgets. It’s part of our mission.
Can the furniture and art be moved?
Yes – our goal is always to help you accomplish your vision and that includes allowing you to move things around for the perfect shot or to accommodate your guests the way you want for your Meeting, Event, or Showroom. Artwork and furniture may be moved, but we require you to first communicate with your Booking Manager in advance if you have an idea of what needs to move prior to your booking. If it is a last minute decision, please coordinate any moves with your Casa Manager during the reservation, so that we can coordinate the best way to move and store the items with no damage.
Can I schedule a space visit?
Yes – we will be more than happy to show you the space before you confirm your reservation. Make sure to discuss days and times that work for you with your Booking Manager, and they will make sure to arrange a site visit with someone from the team.
Where should I stage the equipment for my media production?
Depending on your shot list or run of show, we have a couple of different recommendations. If your main shot areas are on the living room floor or rooftop, our clients usually prefer to use the rooms on the first floor of the penthouse to stage equipment and set up all their production teams. The external staircase is also a good place to stage equipment since it’s private and can only be used by you and your team. If you’re planning to shoot mainly on the first floor, we would recommend using the living room for staging. Your Booking Manager can help you coordinate the best staging area for your booking once we have all the details for your production or event.
Can I use the fireplace?
While we do not allow usage of the fireplace for any Events, Meetings, or Showrooms due to risk of injury, for specific Media Productions, we may grant permission of usage of the fireplace upon reviewing your shot list and team that will be handling the operation. Usage of the fireplace may only be permitted under Casa Manager supervision.
Do you have central AC or heating?
Yes – we have both central AC and heating throughout the space.
Does the BBQ grill work?
Yes – the BBQ grill works and can be used by you, your caterer, or your chef under supervision by your dedicated Casa Manager.
Can I use the pool table?
Yes – you may use the pool table as long as there are no food or beverages in the vicinity.
Do you have an inventory of the kitchenware?
Yes – we have a full list of the available kitchenware and appliances, as well as some photos that we can share. Please ask your Booking Manager for more information.
Is there an elevator?
Unfortunately, no – there is no elevator at this location. The main entrance to the space is located on the second floor. If you you need assistance with load-in and/or load-out, your Booking Manager can schedule additional assistance for your production or event.
Will I have access to the outdoor space?
Yes – you will have access to the entire space, including the 2nd floor terrace and the rooftop, as it is included in your rental. Both areas are private and only accessible to you and your guests.
Are booties required for my media production rental?
Yes – we require either booties or shoes-off at this location. We will provide booties for all your team members. For events and offsite meetings, we do not require booties.
Is there a laundry room?
Yes – there is a laundry room, but it may only be used for Media Productions.
Can I film on the grass on the roof deck?
Unfortunately, we do not allow anyone to step on the grass on the rooftop – there are many living plants in that area and this would destroy them.
Can I use the kitchen for prepping and cooking?
Yes – the kitchen at Casa Caeli is semi-professional and very spacious for chefs, food stylists, or caterers to use. Please make sure to let your Booking Manager know in advance if you will need the kitchen so that they can ensure everything is ready for you upon check-in.
Can I use the pots and pans?
Please communicate with your Booking Manager about usage of any utensils and dishware – as they may be off-limits per the property owner. Our Team can coordinate simple and inexpensive rentals for you if what you need is not available on-site.
A/V and Tech
How many TVs and projectors do you have?
We have one TV screen and one digital projector. There is a TV screen in the living room that can be used for your event, production, or meeting. You can cast your laptop screen onto the TV via Chromecast. Additionally, we have a digital projector in the screening room on the first floor that you may use during your reservation. If you need to use any of these appliances, please make sure to communicate with your Booking Manager so that we can prep everything for you prior to your arrival.
Are there speakers available for my reservation?
Yes – we have a sound system located throughout the space that can be controlled via the Sonos App.
How fast is your Wifi speed?
Our WiFi speed goes up to 250 mbps.
