About Casa Demo
Fully stocked with 2 big desks, 12 chairs, a small sofa lounge area, AC + heating, a TV with Apple TV + Chromecast, live plants and minimal decoration, a whiteboard, Nespresso machine and water coolers, Casa Demo welcomes in an outpour of natural light from 14 windows.
The venue has an open layout which, paired with rolling tables and chairs, means the space can be easily emptied out or changed to adapt to your booking needs.
Casa Demo’s easy access, combined with free on-site parking, a freight elevator —and our full concierge service to arrange anything else you might need—, makes the space perfect for small offsite meetings, workshops, presentations, small events as well as all types of production shoots such as product and interview shoots. Parking box trucks is also free.

Space Access
Access to Casa Demo is primarily via stairs, with a large freight elevator available for loading and unloading, which is very close to the entrance of the space. Unfortunately, the space is not ADA-accessible. For further assistance, you may request a video walkthrough of the stairs and access points.
Artwork
Our goal is always to help you accomplish your vision and that includes allowing you to move specific items around for the perfect shot or to accommodate your guests the way you want for your meeting, event, or showroom. Please note all art moving must be approved by our team, and many pieces can only be moved by professional art handlers (which we can coordinate). Some pieces may not be moveable. If your shoot requires consideration for the artwork (clearance or removal), we kindly request that you verify with our team in advance.

General
What is included in my quote?
Your custom quote will include the space rental based on your rental activity and number of guests, as well as a standard cleaning fee and a Casa Manager fee. We will send you the quote prior to booking the space.
What's the venue address?
We will provide the location of the space once a space visit has been organized or the booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can provide the cross streets for reference.
How do you calculate your pricing?
Our pricing is tiered based on two main factors: your guest count and the type of booking (production, meeting, event, or showroom). As the number of guests go up, the hourly rate will slightly increase. The starting rates may also vary based on the type of booking. All variations in pricing is to dark ensure that all risks and management are covered in proportion to the complexity and size of your booking. We will always disclose all fees associated for you to review prior to confirming a booking with you.
Do I need a certificate of insurance?
Yes – we require a COI for all productions, offsite meetings, and events. For Private Events, our Booking Team can assist you in obtaining a cost-effective COI for your event. We have worked extensively with a couple of online platforms that offer reliable and reasonably-priced Certificates of Insurance. As the person renting a space, you will have a series of legal responsibilities by default such as preventing any personal injury or property damage liabilities. Having a COI can help you protect yourself against potential liabilities as a space renter.
About the Space
Is the space ADA accessible?
Unfortunately, Casa Demo is not ADA accessible. Please inquire with our team and we can direct you to other venues.
Do you provide catering or additional rentals and services?
Yes, we can coordinate full catering for your booking. Our Concierge team can also help you coordinate additional rentals or activities for your event or offsite, or coffee and snacks for the crew. We work with a hyper-diverse pool of local vendors, for varying budgets. It’s part of our mission.
Am I allowed to film and take photos of the outside space?
All outdoor shooting requires advance special permission and permits. Filming or shooting in outside areas is prohibited without prior authorization.
Can I schedule a space visit?
Yes – we will be more than happy to show you the space before you confirm your reservation. Make sure to discuss days and times that work for you with your Booking Manager, and they will make sure to arrange a site visit with someone from the team.
Where should I stage the equipment for my media production?
We kindly ask that you limit the number of items stored in the hallway. While other suites on the third floor may utilize this space for storage, it is important to maintain an appropriate volume of items to ensure compliance with building guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.
Is the Nespresso machine available for use?
Yes – the Nespresso machine is available for use, but please note that the refill pods need to be brought by the client.
Is there an elevator?
Casa Demo has a large freight elevator available for loading and unloading that is very close to the space entrance. Unfortunately, there’s no Passenger Elevator in space.
Are booties required for my media production rental?
We do not require either booties or shoes-off at this location. The same is valid for events and offsite meetings.
Do you have central AC or heating?
Casa Demo is equipped with a powerful air conditioning, and a heating system provided by the building, complemented by windows that can be opened for improved airflow if desired. Please coordinate with our Casa Managers to adjust the settings and ensure your comfort during your visit.

Do you have a TV on site?
Yes – Casa Demo has a TV with Apple TV and Chromecast available for your use.
Are there speakers available for my reservation?
Yes – we have a sound system that can be controlled via the Sonos App.
How fast is your Wifi speed?
Our WiFi speed goes up to 220 mbps.
