Our goal is always to help you accomplish your vision and that includes allowing you to move specific items around for the perfect shot or to accommodate your guests the way you want for your meeting, event, or showroom. Please note all art moving must be approved by our team, and many pieces can only be moved by professional art handlers (which we can coordinate). Some pieces may not be moveable. General
What is included in my quote?
Your custom quote will include the space rental based on your rental activity and number of guests, as well as a standard cleaning fee and a Casa Manager fee. We will send you the quote prior to booking the space.
What's the venue address?
We will provide the location of the space once a space visit has been organized or the booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can provide the cross streets for reference.
How do you calculate your pricing?
Our pricing is tiered based on two main factors: your guest count and the type of booking (production, meeting, event, or showroom). As the number of guests go up, the hourly rate will slightly increase. The starting rates may also vary based on the type of booking. All variations in pricing is to dark ensure that all risks and management are covered in proportion to the complexity and size of your booking. We will always disclose all fees associated for you to review prior to confirming a booking with you.
Do I need a certificate of insurance?
Yes – we require a COI for all productions, offsite meetings, and events. For Private Events, our Booking Team can assist you in obtaining a cost-effective COI for your event. We have worked extensively with a couple of online platforms that offer reliable and reasonably-priced Certificates of Insurance. As the person renting a space, you will have a series of legal responsibilities by default such as preventing any personal injury or property damage liabilities. Having a COI can help you protect yourself against potential liabilities as a space renter.
About the Space
Is the space ADA accessible?
Unfortunately, Casa Ezra is not ADA-accessible.
Do you provide catering or additional rentals and services?
Yes, we can coordinate full catering for your booking. Our Concierge team can also help you coordinate additional rentals or activities for your event or offsite, or coffee and snacks for the crew. We work with a hyper-diverse pool of local vendors, for varying budgets. It’s part of our mission.
Can I move art pieces?
Art moving must be approved by our team, and some pieces may need to be moved by professional art handlers (which we can coordinate). If your shoot requires consideration for the artwork or if you have specific shots planned that may involve moving art pieces, we kindly request that you verify the feasibility of moving them, and the current status of the art pieces with us in advance and/or arrange for a preliminary scout.
Are the art pieces cleared?
Please consult art clearance with our team.
Can I bring outside food & beverage?
Yes – you may provide food yourself or hire catering for your event, meeting, or production. If you need assistance with this or any additional rentals and services, please notify your Booking Manager of your interest in our concierge services.
Is there a bathtub in the space?
Yes, there is a bathtub in the master bathroom.
How many bedrooms do you have in the space?
Casa Ezra has 1 bedroom available.
Do you have door measurements?
Yes, we have measurements for all doors. Please consult our team for specifics.
Can I schedule a space visit?
Yes! We will be more than happy to show you the space before you confirm your reservation. Make sure to discuss days and times that work for you with your Booking Manager, and they will make sure to arrange a site visit with someone from the team.
What are the parking options?
Free street parking available, and parking garages nearby.
Is there an elevator and/or freight elevator?
This space is a typical townhouse and therefore there are no elevators on the property. Access is through stairs only.
Do you have a kitchen onsite?
Yes. Consult your booking manager for a detailed list of all kitchen appliances available to be used as props or for cooking.
How many bathrooms do you have in the space?
Casa Ezra has 2.5 bathrooms available.

There are 3 TVs in the space, as well as a theater room with projection screen and projector.

Casa has Sonos speakers and Alexa.
