Like an FM radio signal, this restaurant space for rent operates in a variety of frequencies— it can easily be used as a place to gather for a wedding reception one moment, and transform into a concert space in the next.

Our goal is always to help you accomplish your vision and that includes allowing you to move specific items around for the perfect shot or to accommodate your guests the way you want for your meeting, event, or showroom. Please note all art moving must be approved by our team, and many pieces can only be moved by professional art handlers (which we can coordinate). Some pieces may not be moveable. If your shoot requires consideration for the artwork (clearance or removal), we kindly request that you verify with our team in advance.

General
What's the venue address?
We will provide the location of the space once a space visit has been organized or the booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can provide the cross streets for reference.
What will be the full price?
This is an operational restaurant, and therefore rates vary by date, day of the week, and check-in/check-out times, as well as your booking type (media production, private event, corporate event, showroom, or meeting). Full buyouts are required during operational hours, with pricing dependent on the day and peak periods. Please contact us for a customized quote.
Do I need a certificate of insurance?
Yes – we require a COI for all productions, offsite meetings, and events. For Private Events, our Booking Team can assist you in obtaining a cost-effective COI for your event. We have worked extensively with a couple of online platforms that offer reliable and reasonably-priced Certificates of Insurance. As the person renting a space, you will have a series of legal responsibilities by default such as preventing any personal injury or property damage liabilities. Having a COI can help you protect yourself against potential liabilities as a space renter.
About the Space
Do you provide catering or additional rentals and services?
Yes, we can coordinate full catering for your booking. Our Concierge team can also help you coordinate additional rentals or activities for your event or offsite, or coffee and snacks for the crew. We work with a hyper-diverse pool of local vendors, for varying budgets. It’s part of our mission.
Is the space ADA accessible?
Casa FM is ADA accessible on the ground floor. Please note that access to the mezzanine level is available only via stairs. If you have any questions, please, inquire about a video walkthrough of the stairs/access.
Can the furniture and art be moved?
Absolutely. 95% of the furniture on-site is wheeled for easy moving, except the green shelf unit. Our on-site Casa Manager will assist you and coordinate the moving of furniture and art as well as the resetting of the space.
Is the neighborhood noisy?
This is a commercial street, so some buzzing can be expected.
Can you share the floor plan of the space?
Yes, we have a full list of the available kitchenware, and appliances, as well as photos of some of them. Please inquire.
Can I schedule a space visit?
Yes – we will be more than happy to show you the space before you confirm your reservation. Make sure to discuss days and times that work for you with your Booking Manager, and they will make sure to arrange a site visit with someone from the team.
Are there blackout blinds for the skylights?
Please speak with your Booking Manager regarding blackout blinds.
Do you have an inventory of the kitchenware?
Yes, we have a full list of the available kitchenware, and appliances, as well as photos of some of them. Please inquire.

Our space features a robust sound system that is integrated throughout the area, providing excellent audio quality for any event or gathering.

You can easily connect to our Denon sound system via Bluetooth. Simply pair your device to enjoy your music or presentations.

Yes, we have an iPad available for managing the sound system, allowing you to adjust settings and control audio with ease.

IMPACT BASED TIER PRICING
We have a pricing structure based on 2 factors: the number of attendees and the type of booking (production, meeting, or event).
SERVICE FEES
