Step into Casa Panorama, a 7,800 sq ft two-floor creative hub spanning the 27th and 28th floors in the heart of SoHo, where tech optimism meets downtown edge. Each floor offers approximately 3,800 sq ft, creating a layered environment for work, gathering, and creative production. Designed as a modern, future-driven space, Casa Panorama blends concrete floors, white walls, curated artwork, and designer furniture into a setting that feels refined yet distinctly contemporary. Natural light fills both floors throughout the day, highlighting sweeping city views and drawing attention to the central lounge and bar area, a natural anchor within the layout.
Beyond its interiors, Casa Panorama offers approximately 1,500 sq ft of exterior space, including balcony and rooftop access that extend the experience outdoors. The property features a main room, a media and conference room, and a fully equipped XR stage, giving teams the ability to move seamlessly between presentations, content capture, production, and guest-facing moments. Its screening-ready setup and dedicated production areas make it especially well suited for media shoots, immersive brand work, and elevated activations. The space also adapts naturally into showroom environments, from fashion presentations to curated product displays, while its bay windows, skyline views, and flexible breakout areas support corporate events, offsites, and high-touch gatherings.

Casa Panorama features an extensive art collection and designer furniture. All artwork is immovable and must remain in place. While artwork is cleared for photography, we ask that clients verify any specific needs with our team in advance, especially for productions requiring close interaction with furniture or installations. All furniture is delicate and high value.

General
What is included in my quote?
Your custom quote will include the space rental based on your rental activity and number of guests, as well as a standard cleaning fee and a Casa Manager fee. We will send you the quote prior to booking the space.
What's the venue address?
We will provide the location of the space once a space visit has been organized or the booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can provide the cross streets for reference.
How do you calculate your pricing?
Our pricing is tiered based on two main factors: your guest count and the type of booking (production, meeting, event, or showroom). As the number of guests go up, the hourly rate will slightly increase. The starting rates may also vary based on the type of booking. All variations in pricing is to dark ensure that all risks and management are covered in proportion to the complexity and size of your booking. We will always disclose all fees associated for you to review prior to confirming a booking with you.
Do I need a certificate of insurance?
Yes – we require a COI for all productions, offsite meetings, and events. For Private Events, our Booking Team can assist you in obtaining a cost-effective COI for your event. We have worked extensively with a couple of online platforms that offer reliable and reasonably-priced Certificates of Insurance. As the person renting a space, you will have a series of legal responsibilities by default such as preventing any personal injury or property damage liabilities. Having a COI can help you protect yourself against potential liabilities as a space renter.

Are the art pieces cleared?
Art pieces may be moved upon prior approval from our team to accommodate your production or event needs.
Is the space ADA accessible?
The space includes street-level entrance and wheelchair accessibility. ADA compliance confirmation can be verified upon request.
How many bathrooms are in the space?
The main showroom floor includes one bathroom. An additional bathroom is available when the lower level is included as part of your booking.
Are DJs and smoke machines allowed?
Yes, DJs and smoke machines are permitted.
Is there a freight elevator?
Yes, Casa Panorama includes freight elevator access.
What is the capacity?
Standing: If the main floor is booked, 100 PPL. If the usage is both floors: 175-200 PPL.
Seated dinner: Approximately 90–120 guests.
Banquet-style layout: Up to 120–140 guests.
Are there noise considerations?
Exterior noise is not an issue. During winter, heat pipes may occasionally produce minor interior sounds.
Can I schedule a space visit?
Yes, we are happy to arrange a site visit. Coordinate with your Booking Manager to confirm availability.
