Artwork
Our goal is always to help you accomplish your vision and that includes allowing you to move specific items around for the perfect shot or to accommodate your guests the way you want for your meeting, event, or showroom. Please note all art moving must be approved by our team, and many pieces can only be moved by professional art handlers (which we can coordinate). Some pieces may not be moveable. If your shoot requires consideration for the artwork (clearance or removal), we kindly request that you verify with our team in advance.

General
What is included in my quote?
Your custom quote will include the space rental based on your rental activity and number of guests, as well as a standard cleaning fee and a Casa Manager fee. We will send you the quote prior to booking the space.
What's the venue address?
We will provide the location of the space once a space visit has been organized or the booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can provide the cross streets for reference.
How do you calculate your pricing?
Our pricing is tiered based on two main factors: your guest count and the type of booking (production, meeting, event, or showroom). As the number of guests go up, the hourly rate will slightly increase. The starting rates may also vary based on the type of booking. All variations in pricing is to dark ensure that all risks and management are covered in proportion to the complexity and size of your booking. We will always disclose all fees associated for you to review prior to confirming a booking with you.
Do I need a certificate of insurance?
Yes – we require a COI for all productions, offsite meetings, and events. For Private Events, our Booking Team can assist you in obtaining a cost-effective COI for your event. We have worked extensively with a couple of online platforms that offer reliable and reasonably-priced Certificates of Insurance. As the person renting a space, you will have a series of legal responsibilities by default such as preventing any personal injury or property damage liabilities. Having a COI can help you protect yourself against potential liabilities as a space renter.
About the Space
Is the space ADA accessible?
Unfortunately, Casa San Andres is not ADA accessible. Please inquire with our team and we can direct you to other venues.
Do you provide catering or additional rentals and services?
Yes, we can coordinate full catering for your booking. Our Concierge team can also help you coordinate additional rentals or activities for your event or offsite, or coffee and snacks for the crew. We work with a hyper-diverse pool of local vendors, for varying budgets. It’s part of our mission.
What type of artwork collection is available at Casa San Andres?
Can the furniture and art be moved?
Moving furniture, decor, and artwork is permitted only in the presence of the Casa Manager, and approved by the Operations Team, as some items may be delicate and at risk of damage. Additionally, certain high-profile art pieces may require specialized Art Handlers for safe moving and storage. If you’re planning to move any artwork or to make significant layout changes, please notify our Operations team to ensure proper planning.
Can I schedule a space visit?
Yes – we will be more than happy to show you the space before you confirm your reservation. Make sure to discuss days and times that work for you with your Booking Manager, and they will make sure to arrange a site visit with someone from the team.
Are booties required for my media production rental?
Yes – we require either booties or shoes-off at this location. We will provide booties for all your team members. For events and offsite meetings, we do not require booties.
Is there a steamer available on-site?
Yes, we have an industrial steamer located in the laundry room for your convenience.
Is there an elevator?
Yes – there is a passenger elevator.
What are the dimensions of the elevator?
The elevator dimensions are 3’ 9” (width) x 3’ 9” (depth) x 7’ (height).
Are there any restrictions on using the fire escape?
Yes, please limit usage of the fire escape to 2 people for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time. Equipment is not allowed in the fire escape.
Can I use the kitchen for prepping and cooking?
Yes – You can use Casa San Andres’s kitchen. Please make sure to let your Booking Manager know in advance if you will need the kitchen so that they can ensure everything is ready for you upon check-in.
Can I use the pots and pans?
Please communicate with your Booking Manager about usage of any utensils and dishware – as they may be off-limits per the property owner. Our Team can coordinate simple and inexpensive rentals for you if what you need is not available on-site.

Are there speakers available for my reservation?
There is a Logitech Bluetooth connector attached to the audio receiver. Simply press the button twice to pair your device.
Is the air conditioning effective?
Yes, the air conditioning system at Casa San Andres ensures a comfortable environment.
How fast is your Wifi speed?
Casa San Andres offers high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.
Can I use any fans in the space?
Yes, the fan nearest to the fireplace is operational and can be used to help air out the space.
