Blocks from Washington Square Park, this 3300 sqft, ground-floor triplex exudes a blend of historic charm and modern sophistication. Meticulously renovated in 2020, the floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelves, remnants of its past life as the home of the iconic Strand bookstore rare books curator, were thoughtfully preserved and harmonized by modern items such as the feature lighting piece by world-wide famous Italian brand Flos.
Formerly a bustling manufacturing hub, this unique venue boasts a rich history that resonates with the discovery of newspaper scraps dating back to 1896 during the renovation, now artfully displayed on the kitchen wall, along with an extensive list of curated artwork.
Ideal for productions, events, meetings, and showrooms, this space offers a captivating backdrop for a variety of creative endeavors.

Our goal is always to help you accomplish your vision and that includes allowing you to move specific items around for the perfect shot or to accommodate your guests the way you want for your meeting, event, or showroom. Please note all art moving must be approved by our team, and many pieces can only be moved by professional art handlers (which we can coordinate). Some pieces may not be moveable. If your shoot requires consideration for the artwork (clearance or removal), we kindly request that you verify with our team in advance.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
A certificate of insurance (COI) is a mandatory requirement to access the space for all types of bookings. Please inquire for details.
IMPACT BASED TIER PRICING
We have a pricing structure based on 2 factors: the number of attendees and the type of booking (production, meeting, or event).
SERVICE FEES
To ensure the best quality spaces, we include a cleaning fee as well as a Casa Manager fee for every booking.
