About Casa Adrià
White brick walls with red undertones balance out the natural light coming in from two skylights at each end of the layout and contribute to the lofty, industrial look of this space originally built in 1931.
Designed by a photographer, Casa Adria was specially built and furnished for maximum efficiency for photo and video shoots. The living room and creative office space make Adria ideal for events and meetings also.
The Kitchen
The white minimalist kitchen with Corian® surface provides the perfect backdrop with zero background noise, allowing the food, talent or content to shine for themselves. The kitchen island is packed with hidden storage, counts with expresso machine, dishwasher, washer & dryer, mixer, etc. and is placed right in front of three huge windows for best natural light
Living Space & Office Space
Extremely versatile, Adria also counts with a living/lounge setup and a workspace setup, lit by two skylights.
Events & Meetings
The strategic location, free street parking along with the space’s wheeled versatility + tech amenities make Adria also perfect for events and meetings.

Space Access
Access to the space is through one flight of stairs. This space is not ADA accessible and there is no elevator (passenger or freight) on-site. Please inquire about a video walkthrough of the stairs/access.
Artwork
Our goal is always to help you accomplish your vision and that includes allowing you to move specific items around for the perfect shot or to accommodate your guests the way you want for your meeting, event, or showroom. Please note all art moving must be approved by our team, and many pieces can only be moved by professional art handlers (which we can coordinate). Some pieces may not be moveable. If your shoot requires consideration for the artwork (clearance or removal), we kindly request that you verify with our team in advance.

FAQs
General
What's the venue address?
We will provide the location of the space once a space visit has been organized or the booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can provide the cross streets for reference.
Do I need a certificate of insurance?
Yes – we require a COI for all productions, offsite meetings, and events. For Private Events, our Booking Team can assist you in obtaining a cost-effective COI for your event. We have worked extensively with a couple of online platforms that offer reliable and reasonably-priced Certificates of Insurance. As the person renting a space, you will have a series of legal responsibilities by default such as preventing any personal injury or property damage liabilities. Having a COI can help you protect yourself against potential liabilities as a space renter.
What will be the full price?
You will be quoted for the space rental (rental category X headcount) + two mandatory fees: a cleaning fee + the Casa Manager fee. Your quote will be given before you book the space.
About the Space
Is the space ADA accessible?
Unfortunately, Casa Adrià is not ADA accessible. Please inquire with our team and we can direct you to other venues.
Do you provide catering or additional rentals and services?
Yes, we can coordinate full catering for your booking. Our Concierge team can also help you coordinate additional rentals or activities for your event or offsite, or coffee and snacks for the crew. We work with a hyper-diverse pool of local vendors, for varying budgets. It’s part of our mission.
Can the furniture and art be moved?
Absolutely. 95% of the furniture on-site is wheeled for easy moving, except the green shelf unit. Our on-site Casa Manager will assist you and coordinate the moving of furniture and art as well as the resetting of the space.
Are there blackout blinds for the skylights?
Yes, there are blackout blinds for the skylights.

Can I schedule a space visit?
Yes – we will be more than happy to show you the space before you confirm your reservation. Make sure to discuss days and times that work for you with your Booking Manager, and they will make sure to arrange a site visit with someone from the team.
Do you have an inventory of the kitchenware?
Yes, we have a full list of the available kitchenware, and appliances, as well as photos of some of them. Please inquire.
Is the neighborhood noisy?
This is a commercial street, so some buzzing can be expected.
A/V and Tech
Is there a projector available for presentations?
Yes, we provide an unmounted projector as well as a mounted manual projector screen for your presentation needs.
What audio equipment is available?
We have four JBL speakers connected to a 4-channel Macintosh amplifier, providing excellent sound quality.
How do I connect my device to the audio and visual equipment?
You can connect your device using standard AV connections. Your Casa Manager is ready to assist with setup if needed.
What is the internet speed available in the space?
We offer high-speed Wi-Fi with a speed of 200mb, along with Wi-Fi extenders to ensure reliable connectivity throughout the area.
Is there a printing facility available?
Yes, a wireless printer is available for your convenience, allowing you to print documents as needed. Please, notify our Operations team in case the usage of the print is necessary for prior arrangements.
