About Casa Aurora
With an open concept, state-of-the-art tech and custom-designed furniture, three see-through glass conference rooms, and multiple work set-ups, this Casa provides the perfect environment for forward-thinking teams to meet and iconic backgrounds for production shoots and events.

Space Access
Access to the space is via stairs or freight elevator. The space is located on the third floor.
Artwork
Our goal is always to help you accomplish your vision and that includes allowing you to move specific items around for the perfect shot or to accommodate your guests the way you want for your meeting, event, or showroom. Please note all art moving must be approved by our team, and many pieces can only be moved by professional art handlers (which we can coordinate). Some pieces may not be moveable. If your shoot requires consideration for the artwork (clearance or removal), we kindly request that you verify with our team in advance.

FAQs
General
What will be the full price?
You will be quoted for the space rental (rental category X headcount) + two mandatory fees: a cleaning fee + the Casa Manager fee. Your quote will be given before you book the space.
What's the venue address?
We will provide the location of the space once a space visit has been organized or the booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can provide the cross streets for reference.
Do I need a certificate of insurance?
Yes – we require a COI for all productions, offsite meetings, and events. For Private Events, our Booking Team can assist you in obtaining a cost-effective COI for your event. We have worked extensively with a couple of online platforms that offer reliable and reasonably-priced Certificates of Insurance. As the person renting a space, you will have a series of legal responsibilities by default such as preventing any personal injury or property damage liabilities. Having a COI can help you protect yourself against potential liabilities as a space renter.
About the Space
Is the space ADA accessible?
Unfortunately, this Casa is not ADA accessible. Please inquire with our team and we can direct you to other venues.
Can I schedule a space visit?
Yes – we will be more than happy to show you the space before you confirm your reservation. Make sure to discuss days and times that work for you with your Booking Manager, and they will make sure to arrange a site visit with someone from the team.
Do you have an inventory of the kitchenware?
Yes, we have a full list of the available kitchenware, and appliances, as well as photos of some of them. Please inquire.
Is the neighborhood noisy?
This is a commercial street, so some buzzing can be expected.
Do you provide catering or additional rentals and services?
Yes, we can coordinate full catering for your booking. Our Concierge team can also help you coordinate additional rentals or activities for your event or offsite, or coffee and snacks for the crew. We work with a hyper-diverse pool of local vendors, for varying budgets. It’s part of our mission.
Can the furniture and art be moved?
Moving furniture, decor, and artwork is permitted only in the presence of the Casa Manager, and approved by the Operations Team, as some items may be delicate and at risk of damage. Additionally, certain high-profile art pieces may require specialized Art Handlers for safe moving and storage. If you’re planning to move any artwork or to make significant layout changes, please notify our Operations team to ensure proper planning.
Are there blinds for the windows?
Yes, there are blinds for the windows.
A/V and Tech
How many conference rooms are available, and what are their features?
We have three glass conference rooms equipped with TVs, and one large conference room that includes an Apple TV and HDMI connection. All rooms are designed for seamless presentations.
Are there audio systems available for use?
Yes, we have Sonos speakers installed throughout the space, providing high-quality sound for presentations and meetings.
Is there a printing facility available?
Yes, we provide a wireless printer for your convenience, making it easy to print documents as needed. Please, notify our Operations team in case the usage of the print is necessary for prior arrangements.
How do I connect my device to the conference room AV systems?
You can easily connect your device using HDMI, Apple TV, or other compatible connections. Our Casa Manager is available to assist you with any setup you may need.
What type of internet connection is available?
We offer high-speed Wi-Fi with a bandwidth of 370mb, ensuring reliable connectivity for all your devices.
Can I make video calls during meetings?
Each conference room is equipped with two-way cameras that support Zoom and Google Meet, enabling smooth video conferencing. Ask your Casa Manager to help set up.
What AV equipment is available in the conference rooms?
All conference rooms are equipped with the Logitech Rally Bar System, ensuring high-quality audio and video for all your meeting needs.
