What exactly does SuperConcierge do?
Do I have to book a Cocoon venue to use SuperConcierge?
Yes — SuperConcierge is an exclusive benefit for Cocoon guests. When you book one of our spaces, your booking automatically unlocks access to the full SuperConcierge service at no additional cost.
Can I use just one service, or do I need a full package? +
SuperConcierge is fully à la carte. Need just a photographer? Done. Need DJ sourcing but you already have catering? We’ll handle just that. Or let us coordinate everything end-to-end — the choice is entirely yours. Nothing is too small: a single DJ, a floral arrangement, a speaker for your workshop — just ask.
How does pricing work? Are there hidden fees?
We build customized proposals for each client with all-in pricing — no surprises after the fact. For Private Events and Corporate Events booked at a Cocoon venue, you receive at least one complimentary hour of Concierge consulting. We’ll discuss any other service fees upfront before you commit to anything.
Can I bring in my own vendors instead of using yours?
Absolutely. We welcome external vendors and are happy to manage coordination regardless of where they come from. That said, our network has been carefully vetted — we’re confident you’ll be glad you asked.
Who is the Casa Manager and what do they do on event day?
Every Cocoon booking includes a dedicated Casa Manager — an experienced event and space specialist who is on-site from setup through teardown. They coordinate load-in, manage vendor arrivals, liaise with catering, and ensure the space is exactly as planned. You focus entirely on your guests; they handle everything behind the scenes.
How quickly can you turn around a proposal?
For most events, we deliver a first proposal within 24–48 hours of receiving your brief. Complex multi-vendor proposals may take slightly longer. The sooner you reach out, the more options we can explore for you — especially for popular dates.
